ABOUT ME
Welcome to my website.
My name is Michelle Ennor. I operate 'Soul Connection Dog Training', offering services to Geelong Region & surrounding areas, Victoria.
It was inevitable that my passionate interest in dogs & their behaviour would eventually lead me to what I do.
I am dedicated to helping people learn, not just the 'mechanics of training' (eg. sit, drop, stand, etc), but also how to build a much stronger connection with their dog & gain a deeper understanding of that furry individual at their feet.
As a Teacher/Trainer, I've had over 10 years experience in teaching dog obedience training classes, in-home private lessons, as well as working with special needs dogs/dogs with fear based behavioural issues. I am a Certified 'Connection, Cooperation & Control™' ('CCC') Instructor.
The 'CCC' training system is firmly founded on Suzanne Clothier's 'Relationship Centered Training™' principles & offers dog owners the opportunity to achieve the relationship & connection that they've always dreamed of having with their dog.
'CCC' is definitely the missing piece of the dog training puzzle!
I am excited to be able to offer the 'CCC' Course to dog owners & their dogs. Fantastic results are achievable in just 6 weeks!

I have attended numerous 'Relationship Centered Training™' Seminars presented by Suzanne Clothier here in Australia & have attended her Trainer's Workshop in the USA. Presently, I am working toward completing the 'C.A.R.A.T™' (Clothier Animal Response Assessment Tool) Certification Course.
"C.A.R.A.T™' is a novel assessment system that categorizes behaviour traits in multiple components that are intuitive & practical.
Assessments take a detailed view of the individual dog as a unique combination of many factors that work together to influence, exacerbate, mitigate & enhance each other. 'C.A.R.A.T™' recognizes the nuances & specifics of the complex interaction of multiple traits & provides an accurate profile of the individual dog, regardless of breed or age."
Suzanne's humane, 'Relationship Centered Training™' principles resonate strongly with me & I am proud to be able to offer these unique & very effective training methods to you & your dog.
I teach the Puppy Classes for
South Valley Veterinary Clinic in Highton. These classes are held at the clinic & range from Baby Puppy up to 12mths old.
I am the Deputy Head Instructor & a Senior Trainer at Bellarine Dog Activities Group (BDAG).
I have been a Team Leader for Delta Therapy Dogs for 8yrs, assisting with Therapy Dog assessments, volunteer training, Delta Team orientations & ongoing volunteer support.
I am privileged to share my life with 2 Finnish Lapphunds & a feisty Papillon.
Three very different personalities who each fascinate, educate & make me laugh every day.
My dogs & I have enjoyed participating together in Dog Showing, Tracking, Canine Freestyle, Agility, Rally Obedience, Tricks & Demos.
